Board-certified pediatric occupational therapists providing warm, evidence-based care for families in Northwest Arkansas.

Our team delivers exceptional care both within our clinic and in local preschool environments. By collaborating with families and educators, we ensure consistent, evidence-based support that promotes each child’s development across all settings.
At Radiance, our practitioners are Board Certified and dedicated to delivering compassionate, evidence-based occupational therapy for children of all ages. We celebrate each child’s unique strengths while providing neurodivergent-affirming support that promotes success beyond the therapy environment.

Our mission is to create a supportive, playful environment where child‑led, evidence‑based, and family‑focused occupational therapy helps each child reach their fullest potential at home, at school, and in the community.
We partner with leading insurance providers and offer flexible private-pay rates to ensure every child has the opportunity to shine.
We believe therapy should be as unique as your child, combining expert skill with a heart for family partnership.

Radiance Pediatric Therapy was founded in 2025 in Bentonville, Arkansas, by owners Jennifer Kloster, Occupational Therapist, and her husband, Jason Kloster. After years of seeing families struggle with therapy that felt disconnected from families’ needs, Jennifer created a warm, playful space where occupational therapy feels like joy, and where each child’s unique strengths are truly celebrated.
The name “Radiance” comes from the inner light that shines and is evident on a child’s face when they learn through play and exploration. Whether in our welcoming clinic space or directly in local preschools, we meet children exactly where they live, learn, and play. Our approach is rooted in advanced, evidence-based practices including sensory integration, reflex integration, and the Developmental, Individual-differences, Relationship-based (DIR) model.
At Radiance, therapy is about building confidence, fostering independence, and supporting all children in a fully affirming way. We partner closely with parents and caregivers, offering practical strategies that fit naturally into daily routines at home, school, and in the community.
We’re here because we love kids and believe every child deserves to feel capable, connected, and radiant!

We currently serve children from 8 months to 18 years old.
We support children with fine motor and visual‑motor delays, sensory processing and emotional regulation challenges, body and spatial awareness difficulties, differences in strength, endurance, and coordination, attention and focus difficulties, and functional
independence skills. We also work with children with autism, ADHD, developmental delays, and other neurodevelopmental differences.
Most families choose to wait in the lobby or drop off their child, but we welcome and value parent involvement if you prefer to stay.
Most children attend once or twice per week, but frequency is based on your child’s needs, goals, and insurance coverage. The overall length of therapy varies by child.
Yes. Our clinic will work with your child’s pediatrician to obtain the referral needed to complete an evaluation and begin treatment.
We are in‑network with Arkansas Medicaid and ARKids, Blue Cross Blue Shield, Arkansas Total Care, Ambetter, CareSource, Empower Healthcare Solutions, QualChoice, Cigna, Summit, TriCare, UnitedHealthcare, and Optum, and we also accept private pay. For the most accurate information about coverage and current private‑pay rates, please contact us directly at info@radiancepediatrictherapy.com.
An occupational therapy evaluation typically lasts about 60 minutes. After the evaluation, we review the findings with you, create an individualized treatment plan with recommended goals and session frequency, and discuss next steps together.
Progress is different for every child and depends on their needs, goals, and how often we meet. Some families notice small changes within a few weeks, while other goals take longer; we check in regularly so you know what we are seeing and how to support progress at home.
We view parents and caregivers as essential partners. We listen to your goals, explain what we are working on in plain language, and provide simple, realistic strategies you can use during daily routines at home, in preschool, and in the community.
We currently provide services in our clinic and in local preschools. When appropriate, we also collaborate with school staff and other providers to support your child’s success across settings.
We ask for at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment so we can offer the time to another family. Late cancellations and no‑shows may be subject to a fee or could affect your child’s regular appointment time.
With your written permission, we can communicate and collaborate with your child’s teachers, pediatrician, and other providers. This may include sharing evaluation summaries, treatment goals, and practical strategies to support your child across settings.
